For couples
Does it cost anything to use Weddli?
No. Browsing vendors, contacting businesses and using the planning tools are all free, and you do not need an account. You only need to sign in if you want to leave a review.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. You contact and book vendors directly - their phone number, email and website are on the profile. Nothing goes through us, so nothing is added to your price.
How far in advance should I book each vendor?
Venues, planners and photographers book 12-18 months ahead for popular Saturdays. Caterers, bands and florists typically need 8-10 months, while hair, makeup and officiants can often be booked around 6 months out.
Are the reviews real?
Reviews can only be written by signed-in accounts, are limited to one per person per vendor, and are moderated before publishing. We remove anything that looks like a vendor reviewing themselves or a competitor.
What if a vendor's details are out of date?
Tell us through the contact form and include the listing link. Wrong phone numbers and closed businesses are our highest-priority fixes and we usually action them the same day.
Can I save vendors I like?
Create a free account and your shortlist, reviews and any listings you have claimed live in your dashboard.
For vendors
How do I get my business listed?
Use the Add vendor page. You fill in your details, location, photos and hours, and the submission goes into our review queue. Once approved it is live with its own page, map pin and reviews.
Is a listing really free?
Yes - creating, claiming and maintaining a profile costs nothing, and there is no paid tier that buys you a higher position in a category.
Someone already listed my business. How do I take control?
Open your listing and use the claim button. Sign in, tell us how you are connected to the business, and once an admin approves the claim the listing is yours to edit.
How is ranking decided?
Featured businesses appear first, then vendors are ordered by how complete and well-documented their profile is. Placement is never sold - the fastest way up is a filled-in profile with real photos.
Can I get a bad review removed?
Not because it is negative. We do remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic, obviously fake or written by someone with a conflict of interest. Report it through the contact form and we will look.
How do I remove my listing?
Send us a request from the email address on the listing, or through the contact form, and we will delete the profile.
